נתוני חשבון ומטרות השימוש
בעת הרשמה בדוא״ל נאספים כתובת דוא״ל, סיסמה ופרטי תצוגה שמסרת. שירות האימות Supabase מעבד את הסיסמה לצורך אימות; אין לשלוח סיסמה לתמיכה. נשמרים מזהה משתמש, מועדי יצירה וכניסה, פרטי אימות ומטא־נתונים, לרבות בחירת עדכונים, אישור נוסח הבטא ובחירת חבילה ומחזור חיוב אם בחרת. הנתונים משמשים ליצירת חשבון, כניסה, שחזור גישה, הצגת הבחירה ומתן תמיכה. בחירת חבילה בבטא אינה רכישה או הפעלת מנוי.
כניסה דרך Google
הכניסה מבקשת הרשאות openid, email ו־profile בלבד. Google מוסרת ל־Supabase מזהה חשבון, כתובת דוא״ל ומצב אימותה, ופרטי פרופיל בסיסיים כגון שם ותמונת פרופיל, ככל שסופקו. נתונים אלה משמשים לזיהוי המשתמש ולניהול חשבון CLIPVIDE; חלקם עשויים להישמר במטא־נתונים גם אם אינם מוצגים בממשק. CLIPVIDE אינה מקבלת את סיסמת Google ואינה מבקשת גישה ל־Gmail, Drive, אנשי קשר או סרטוני YouTube. פרטי זהות Google אינם נשלחים על ידי התוכנה לשירותי AI. ניתן לבטל את הרשאת CLIPVIDE בהגדרות החיבורים של חשבון Google; ביטול ההרשאה אינו מוחק אוטומטית את חשבון CLIPVIDE.
קובצי מדיה ועבודה מקומית
עריכת הסרטונים, יצירת תמונות תצוגה וייצוא מתבצעים באמצעות התוכנה והשרת המקומי במחשב המשתמש. קובצי מקור, פרויקטים, תוצרים, מטמון וקובצי אבחון עשויים להישמר במחשב. שירות החשבונות אינו משמש להעלאה אוטומטית של ספריית המדיה או הפרויקטים. פעולות AI או שליחת קובץ לתמיכה הן פעולות נפרדות שעשויות להעביר תוכן החוצה. הקלטת מסך, מצלמה ומיקרופון מופעלת לפי פעולת המשתמש והרשאות המכשיר.
כלי AI ושירותים חיצוניים
כאשר מפעילים תמלול, האודיו הנדרש מהקטעים שנבחרו נשלח ל־OpenAI. בתרגום נשלחים טקסטי הכתוביות ושפת היעד. בכלי העזרה ״שאל AI״ נשלחים השאלה, עד שש הודעות אחרונות מתוך השיחה ומידע ממדריך התוכנה. בהתאם לאופן ההפעלה, הבקשות משתמשות במפתח API שהמשתמש הזין דרך השרת המקומי, או במכסת ה־AI בחשבון דרך שירות השרת של CLIPVIDE ב־Supabase. שימוש במכסה עשוי לשמור נתוני שימוש לצורך ניהול הזכאות. אם משתמשים בכלי יצירת וידאו חיצוני של xAI, התיאור ומדיית המקור הנדרשת נשלחים לספק זה. אין להכניס מידע שאינך רשאי למסור לספק. עיבוד התוכן, שמירתו ותמחורו אצל הספק כפופים לתנאים ולמדיניות שלו; אין כאן הבטחה למחיקה מיידית אצל ספק חיצוני.
ספקים וגישה למידע
Morning משמשת להפקת חשבוניות ויכולה לקבל את פרטי הלקוח והעסקה הנדרשים למסמך; ספק התשלום העתידי יטפל בתשלום בהתאם להתחייבות אבטחת האשראי באתר. Supabase מספקת אימות ואחסון נתוני חשבון; Google מספקת כניסה דרך Google; Cloudflare מארחת את האתר ועשויה לעבד כתובת IP, פרטי דפדפן ובקשות לצורך אספקה ואבטחה; Resend משמשת להעברת הודעות חשבון כגון אימות ואיפוס סיסמה. OpenAI ו־xAI מקבלים את התוכן הנדרש רק בשימוש בכלים הרלוונטיים. מפעילי CLIPVIDE עשויים לגשת לנתוני החשבון ולפניות תמיכה לצורך שירות, פתרון תקלות ואבטחה. הנתונים עשויים להיות מעובדים מחוץ לישראל בהתאם לתשתיות הספקים. נתוני חשבון ונתוני Google אינם נמכרים או משמשים לפרסום ממוקד במסגרת הבטא.
אחסון בדפדפן ומפתחות
אסימוני כניסה זמניים נשמרים ב־sessionStorage של הלשונית באתר או בעורך. העדפות ממשק ונתוני עבודה מקומיים עשויים להישמר ב־localStorage. אם בוחרים לזכור מפתח OpenAI, הוא נשמר מקומית ב־localStorage, שאינו כספת מוצפנת. אין לשתף מחשב או פרופיל דפדפן עם מי שאינו מורשה לגשת למפתח. יציאה מהחשבון אינה מוחקת אוטומטית מדיה, פרויקטים או מפתחות שנשמרו בנפרד. ניתן לנקות נתוני אתר בדפדפן; הדבר עלול להסיר גם העדפות ונתוני עבודה מקומיים.
שמירה, מחיקה ובקשות
נתוני חשבון נשמרים כל עוד החשבון קיים ונדרשים להפעלתו. אין בבטא מחיקה אוטומטית לפי מספר ימים קבוע. לבקשת גישה, תיקון או מחיקת חשבון יש לפנות מהכתובת הרשומה אל [email protected]; ייתכן שנבקש אימות זהות לפני טיפול. מידע שאינו נדרש עוד יימחק מהמערכות הפעילות, למעט מידע שנדרש לאבטחה, טיפול במחלוקת או חובה חוקית. גיבויים ויומני ספקים עשויים להישאר בהתאם למדיניות הספק; מחיקת החשבון אינה מוחקת קבצים מהמחשב או תוכן שכבר נמסר לספק AI. את הקבצים המקומיים ניתן למחוק במחשב, ואת זכויותיך ביחס לספק חיצוני לממש גם מולו.
הודעות, אבטחה ושינויים
הודעות אימות ושחזור הן הודעות שירות. בחירת עדכונים שיווקיים היא נפרדת ואופציונלית; ניתן לבקש ביטול באמצעות כתובת התמיכה. בקשות לשירותי החשבון וה־AI משתמשות ב־HTTPS; התקשורת עם העורך המקומי נעשית בכתובת loopback במחשב. אין מערכת חסינה לחלוטין. עדכונים למדיניות יפורסמו בעמוד זה עם תאריך; לפני שימוש חדש בנתוני Google למטרה שונה נמסור הודעה ונבקש הסכמה מתאימה.
מצב הבטא ותנאי השירות
התוכנה נמצאת בבדיקת בטא. יש לשמור עותקי גיבוי של חומרי מקור ופרויקטים ולוודא שיש לך זכויות במדיה שאתה עורך. מחירים, מכסות AI, תנאי תשלום, ביטול וחשבוניות טרם נקבעו כתנאים מסחריים סופיים. מגבלת שני פרויקטי ניסיון אינה מופעלת בגרסת הבדיקה הנוכחית. עמוד זה אינו מפעיל חיוב ואינו מחליף תנאי שירות מסחריים שיושלמו לקראת ההשקה.
פרטי אשראי
CLIPVIDE מתחייבת שלא לשמור מספר כרטיס אשראי מלא, תוקף או קוד אבטחה (CVV), ולא להעביר פרטים אלה לגורמים אחרים שאינם נדרשים לביצוע התשלום. עם הפעלת הסליקה, הזנת פרטי הכרטיס תתבצע ישירות בממשק המאובטח של ספק התשלום שיוצג למשתמש. פרטי הכרטיס יטופלו רק בידי ספק התשלום והגורמים הפיננסיים הנדרשים לאישור העסקה, ולא יימסרו על ידי CLIPVIDE לצד שלישי אחר או לצורכי שיווק.

Account information and purposes
Email registration sends your email, password and supplied display details to Supabase Authentication. Supabase processes the password for authentication; do not send passwords to support. User identifiers, creation and sign-in times, verification details and metadata are stored, including update preferences, beta acknowledgement and selected plan and billing cycle. This information supports account creation, sign-in, recovery, preference display and support. Selecting a beta plan does not purchase or activate a subscription.
Sign in with Google
CLIPVIDE requests only openid, email and profile. Google supplies Supabase with an account identifier, email and verification status, and basic profile information such as name and profile picture where available. These data identify you and manage your CLIPVIDE account; profile data may remain in account metadata even when not displayed. CLIPVIDE does not receive your Google password or request Gmail, Drive, contacts or YouTube access. The application does not send Google identity data to AI services. You can revoke access in your Google account connections settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete your CLIPVIDE account.
Local media and processing
Editing, previews and export run on your computer through the editor and its local server. Source files, projects, exports, caches and diagnostic files may remain on your computer. The account service does not automatically upload your media library or projects. AI actions and voluntarily sending files to support can separately transfer content outside your device. Screen, camera and microphone recording depend on your actions and device permissions.
AI tools
Transcription sends the required audio from selected clips to OpenAI. Translation sends subtitle text and the target language. Ask AI sends your question, up to six recent conversation messages and information from the application guide. Depending on the selected mode, requests use your API key through the local server, or your account AI allowance through the CLIPVIDE server service in Supabase. Allowance use may retain usage records to administer entitlement. If you use the external xAI video generation tool, its required prompt and source media are sent to xAI. Only submit content you are entitled to share. Provider processing, retention and charges follow its own terms and privacy policy; immediate deletion by external providers is not promised.
Providers and access
Morning provides invoicing and may receive customer and transaction details required for the document; the future payment provider will handle payments under the website card security commitment. Supabase provides authentication and account data storage; Google provides Google sign-in; Cloudflare hosts the website and may process IP addresses, browser details and requests for delivery and security; Resend delivers account verification and recovery emails. OpenAI and xAI receive necessary content when their relevant tools are used. CLIPVIDE operators may access account data and support requests to provide service, troubleshoot and protect the service. Providers may process data outside Israel. Account and Google identity data are not sold or used for targeted advertising in this beta.
Browser storage and API keys
Temporary login tokens are kept in browser-tab sessionStorage. Interface preferences and local work data may use localStorage. Choosing to remember an OpenAI key stores it locally in localStorage, which is not an encrypted vault. Protect access to your computer and browser profile. Signing out does not automatically remove media, projects or separately saved keys. Clearing browser site data can also remove preferences and local work data.
Retention and deletion
Account data remain while the account exists and are needed for its operation; this beta has no fixed automatic day-based deletion schedule. Request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected] from your registered address. Identity verification may be required. Data no longer needed will be removed from active systems, except information needed for security, disputes or legal obligations. Provider backups and logs may remain under their retention practices. Account deletion does not delete local files or previously submitted AI content. Delete local files on your device and contact external providers regarding data held by them.
Messages, security and updates
Verification and recovery messages are service messages. Marketing update preferences are separate and optional; contact support to withdraw them. Account and AI requests use HTTPS; editor communication uses the local computer loopback address. No system is completely secure. Changes will be published here with an updated date. Before using Google data for a new purpose, we will notify users and seek appropriate consent.
Beta status and service terms
CLIPVIDE is in beta testing. Keep backups of source media and projects and ensure you have rights to edit your content. Prices, AI allowances, payment, cancellation and invoicing terms are not final commercial terms. The two-project trial limit is not enforced in this test version. This page does not enable billing or replace commercial service terms to be completed before launch.
Card details
CLIPVIDE undertakes not to store full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes (CVV), or disclose these details to unrelated parties. When payments are enabled, card details will be entered directly in the secure interface of the payment provider identified to the user. Card details will be processed only by that provider and the financial institutions required to authorise the transaction; CLIPVIDE will not disclose them to any other third party or for marketing.
